A Special Message from Wisconsin Oven Corporation

Wisconsin Oven Corporation manufactures electrically heated, gas fired, and indirect gas fired composite curing batch ovens in hundreds of standard sizes. The row of ovens pictured above were manufactured for Boeing and are located at their Spokane facility. Click here to visit our website

Wisconsin Oven's composite curing ovens offer these advantages:

Heat your parts faster a high pressure recirculation blower, along with fully enclosed and pressurized supply ducts, delivers heat with a combination airflow arrangement (where air is introduced into the work chamber from supply ducts located on both side walls, near the bottom of the work chamber), ensuring even & uniform heat distribution throughout the work chamber, even with varying loads. As an alternative to combination airflow, composite curing ovens can be designed for horizontal airflow, where air flows horizontally through the work chamber.

Consistent temperature certification- all composite curing ovens are certified for ±10° at 350°F temperature uniformity before shipment, so no additional adjustment is necessary after installation. Certification at other temperatures, and tighter tolerances (±5° F for example) are also available.

Lower installation and start-up costs- all industrial composite curing ovens are fully factory tested, adjusted and certified. Equipment must pass a 154-point quality inspection prior to shipment. Most ovens can be installed and operational within 1 to 2 days.

Reduced maintenance- heavy duty construction, brand-name components and quality workmanship, along with an exclusive three-year warranty, will make this the workhorse of your facility.

The composite curing batch ovens are also available with the E-Pack Oven upgrade. This optional Energy Efficient upgrade package, includes thicker wall panels, higher efficiency motors, and a few other energy saving items. If you operate your oven more than 2,000 hours per year at temperatures above 300°F, you may be able to reduce your operating costs substantially.
