CRP Technology welcomes new CEO

Chris Brewster, CRP USA CEO.

CRP USA (Mooresville, N.C., U.S.) a specialized company in 3D printing services via its Windform family of high-performance composites, welcomes Chris Brewster as its new chief executive officer (CEO).

Brewster joins CRP USA with a background at various manufacturing companies within space, aerospace, military, medical, research and industrial markets. With a track record of growth and innovation, he has led several manufacturers to grow many times their size and enter into new markets. Most recently, during his time at Cornell Dubilier, he led projects to align the business to customer needs, introduce new products in new markets, and work with public and private entities to advance the technology and development of nuclear fusion energy. Brewster brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will undoubtedly propel CRP USA to new heights.

Gurit announces new CFO, group head of HR

The board of directors of Gurit Holding AG (Wattwil, Switzerland) has appointed Dr. Javier Perez Freije as the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO) and Karen Glauser as the new group head of human resources (HR).

Freije joins from the Mikron Group as of May 1, 2024. He brings experience from Netstal Maschinen AG and Autoneum. Freije is a Spanish citizen and graduated with a Master of Business Administration and Engineering from the University of Siegen (Germany) and a PhD from the University of St. Gallen.

Freije is highly qualified for the CFO position, Gurit notes, thanks to his extensive expertise in finance and his diverse experience in multiple industries. He will take on the function as CFO of Gurit Holding AG from Philippe Wirth, who will leave Gurit at the end of March 2024.

Karen Glauser joined Gurit Holding AG from UPL Ltd. on Feb. 1, 2024. She brings previous experience from Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and F. Hofmann La Roche AG. Glauser is a Swiss and New Zealand citizen and graduated with a Master of Science from HEC (Paris).

Glauser brings considerable knowledge and competence across diverse industries. She is taking on the function as group head of HR from Hannes Haueis, who left Gurit at the end of November 2023.

Teijin makes personnel announcements

Teijin Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) has made the following personnel changes effective as of June 20, 2024.

Tomoko Torri will become statutory auditor, effective as of April 1, 2024, from their previous position as mission executive and assistant to the chief officer (corporate strategy).
Akio Nakaishi will become mission executive and assistant to the president, following their current position as statutory auditor.
Reiko Kusunose joins Teijin as an independent outside director of the board.
Yoichi Suzuki, having been an independent outside director of the board, is set to retire.
