Christopher Stewart graduated from Kettering University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He began his engineering career in the automotive industry with Delphi, a tier-one supplier, serving in cross-functional roles across the organization. From this experience, he developed a strong understanding of the manufacturing process from material entry to product exit. He later transitioned into the medical device market at Smith and Nephew as an upstream manufacturing engineer. Most recently, Chris has spent the last six years as a composite applications specialist in the aerospace market and as the global composite lead at Kennametal. Known for his diverse background across industries, Chris is a resource for Kennametal’s customers as they navigate the product design and manufacturing process.

Werner holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Nuremberg in Germany. With over 28 years of experience in the metal cutting industry, he served several leading positions in aerospace project engineering globally and with global future solutions. Today he is the manager of the global technology strategic solutions department.
