Keyland Polymer UV Powder will discuss the finishing of heat-sensitive composites with UV-cured powder coating.

In this webinar, Keyland Polymer UV Powder will discuss the finishing of heat-sensitive composites with UV-cured powder coating. The low process temperatures and nearly instant cure allow composites to be finished without damage to the substrate. The webinar will begin with an overview of UV-cured powder coating, discussing its productivity, profit and environmental benefits. It will then uncover the basics of powder coating composites for aesthetic and performance purposes and explore ideal applications. The webinar will conclude with a video that captures the process steps involved in powder coating and curing composites with UV light energy.

Agenda:

  • Introduction to UV-cured powder coatings
  • Productivity, profit and environmental benefits of UV powder
  • Why UV powder coating for composites
  • Ideal applications for UV powder on composites
  • Video of the UV-cured powder coating process on composite material
