Dr. Myriam Yagoubi is a manager at Future Materials Group (FMG) where she supports FMG’s clients in developing and implementing their business growth strategies.
Her expertise lies in understanding the advanced materials markets, their value chains and technologies to devise actionable growth strategies for FMG’s industrial clients.
In addition, she supports both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions through the preparation of business cases, valuation of companies and assessment of potential partners. She is also responsible for carrying out due diligence assignments.
Previously a researcher and project manager for Infineum Ltd., she has over 10 years of experience in the advanced materials industry. She holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Oxford and received a master's degree in chemistry from the Ecole Nationale de Chimie in Montpellier, France.
