Advanced Architectural Products (AAP, Allegan, Mich., U.S.), the creator and manufacturer of GreenGirt CMH continuous insulation and Smartci building enclosure systems, announces the completion of its headquarters’ expansion in Allegan.

The former warehouse space has been transformed into a state-of-the-art, two-story facility featuring light-filled workspaces, executive offices, meeting rooms, event spaces and employee lounge/dining areas. This renovation more than doubled the available space, supporting the continued growth of teams dedicated to production, engineering, sales, marketing, education, training, business development, logistics and the delivery of GreenGirt CMH (see more in sidebar below) and Smartci systems. The newly expanded 30,000-square-foot headquarters complements A2P’s 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and research/laboratory space in Hamilton, Michigan, as well as its West Coast distribution center in Seattle/Sumner, Washington.

“This expansion reflects the momentum that the Advanced Architectural Products team has experienced over the past few years,” says G. Matt Krause, founder and CEO, AAP. “The demand for GreenGirt CMH and Smartci systems has never been stronger — as we prepare for new product launches and enhancements in 2025, we’re grateful that so many designers and installers continue to trust AAP to provide them with continuous insulation and building enclosure systems at thermal efficiencies of up to 99%.”

Located in Michigan, AAP develops innovative systems for modern building challenges.
