Hexcel finalizes acquisition of ARC Technologies
Hexcel continues to expand its advanced materials portfolio in structural composites and thermoplastics with ARC Technologies acquisition.
Hexcel Corp. (Stamford, CT, US) announced on Jan. 3 that it has completed its acquisition of ARC Technologies LLC (San Marcos, CA. US), a leading supplier of custom RF / EMI and microwave absorbing composite materials for military, aerospace and industrial applications.
