Bespline is the first company in North America to produce custom shaped foam kits for yacht builders using an adaptive mould. Bespline thermoforms PVC,PET and SAN structural foam panels, up to 2in thick, to create pre-shaped and precut core kits, hence saving resin, improving mechanical properties, and reducing installation time for its clients compared to using more traditional 2D kits and slitted core. beSpline can also make finished sandwich panels using the vacuum infusion process to any doubly curved shape. The company has been in operation since December 2021 to serve the North American market, and benefits from its European partner’s experience, Curve Works, who has been commercializing this product in Europe since 2018.
