Anticipation for CAMX 2021, to be held this month in Dallas, Texas, is ramping up, and with it new and improved ways to connect and network at the event.

Sponsored by CompositesWorld, CAMX organizers are presenting Park Place, a lounge destination on the show floor designed to connect those attending the event. Complete with charging stations and a range of seating options, this space can be used for meetings, networking or simply as a place to relax.

Connected to this section is the Hub at Park Place, comprising a small amphitheater and space for Fireside Chats and Encore Q&A sessions, with potential for other activities. Similar to past CAMX events, Fireside Chats will serve as an opportunity to interact with subject matter experts on trending developments in the composites industry. Encore Q&A Sessions will enable attendees to ask select speakers additional questions from their presentations.

Exhibit previews

CAMX has always provided a platform for the introduction of innovative technologies and products, and this year’s show promises to maintain that tradition — particularly given the two-year gap of very limited in-person professional interaction.

CW solicited all CAMX exhibitors for information about the software, materials, equipment and services they will feature in their booths. We heard back from many of them. What follows is the second of two reports on what we received. The first preview appeared in the CW September 2021 issue, which is offered in print and online. Or, you can view all previews separately under the #CAMX hashtag on CW’s website.
