Presenters: Ray E. Cornwell and Ruairi O'Kane 
Ray E. Cornwell joined Henkel in 2004 and is the Technical Service Manager at Henkel’s Bay Point, CA facility. He has over 40 years of experience, including the development and use of epoxy and nitrile phenolic materials for a wide range of aerospace applications. Additionally, Ray conducts product training for our Authorized Distributors and Customers. 

Ruairi O'Kane joined Henkel in 2006 and is the Global Business Development Manager for Aerospace Structural Materials. He has worked in several Research & Development divisions within Henkel with expertise in acrylics, epoxies and polyurethanes and was previously the Aerospace Technical Director for North America.
