PAL-V launches Germany-based flying car showroom

The advanced air mobility company takes a decisive step toward mainstreaming the two-person PAL-V Liberty for potential buyers, investors and enthusiasts.

Personal Air and Land Vehicle (PAL-V, Raamsdonksveer, Netherlands), a Dutch company that is involved in the development of a commercial flying car, the PAL-V Liberty, a compact two-person aircraft that can travel on public roads, has unveiled a showroom in Munich, Germany, dedicated to flying cars. Now open to the public, the showroom marks “a significant leap towards a new era of transportation” in making futuristic transportation more accessible to the masses, according to Richard Crombach regional sales manager DE

“We believe that the future of transportation lies in the skies, and with our showroom now open in Munich, we are one step closer to turning this belief into a widespread reality,” Robert Dingemanse, CEO of PAL-V, says. “Flying cars are no longer a distant dream; they are here, they are real and they are ready to revolutionize the way we travel.”

The showroom will serve as a platform for potential buyers, investors and enthusiasts to witness firsthand the sophisticated craftsmanship and technology behind the Liberty.

PAL-V’s flying car is equipped with advanced safety features and cutting-edge engineering. It is said to eliminate “the key limitations of a car, small (gyro) plane and helicopter simultaneously,” according to the company website. The first flight of PAL-V One was completed in 2012, and the Liberty publicly launched in 2017. Road certification was achieved in 2020. PAL-V estimates first deliveries to begin in 2024.

Other flying cars include the Aska A5Alef Aeronautics and Alauda Aeronautics.
