Images compiled by: CW

CompositesWorld has a tradition of posting an interesting or compelling composites-related image for our audience to identify. Whether it’s a material, a process, part of a finished component or structure or another composites-related item, our ultimate goal is to highlight the variety of striking visuals that can be found in the industry.

When submitting an image for consideration, take a moment to ask yourself what about it draws your eye (those pictured above are a few examples CW has published in the past). Our favorite images are those that are not so obvious at first glance and get you thinking!

For consideration, please follow these criteria:

  • Image is of high quality (300 dpi)
  • Includes a short summary (no longer than 100 words) that describes what the image shows, materials and fabrication methods used, etc.

Accepted Post Cure submissions will be posted online first, and then appear on the last page of the CompositesWorld printed and digital issue.

Please send all information to Managing Editor Grace Nehls: gnehls@gardnerweb.com. We can’t wait to see the pictures you share!
