Endless Industries GmbH (Berlin, Germany) introduces the Endless One, a medium-scale continuous fiber 3D printer that delivers strength, scalability and customization across industries, from medical to automotive and aerospace.

The Endless One is designed to print with continuous carbon fiber, making it ideal for demanding structural applications. According to the company, unlike traditional 3D printing, which relies on polymer or metal powders, continuous fiber technology gives parts optimal mechanical durability, crucial for robust, lightweight designs. The printer’s build volume is 600 × 400 × 440 mm and is open material compatibility.

Endless Industries exemplifies the 3D printer’s capabilities through orthotics and tooling applications. For example, the system is capable of printing customized, durable and lightweight orthoses tailored to patient specifications. Another example is the development of 3D printed tooling that can endure high autoclave temperatures and pressures at reduced cost and production time over conventional tooling methods.

“This launch is a key step in our mission to make advanced, large-scale 3D printing more accessible across industries,” says Stephan Körber, CEO of Endless Industries. Through partnerships with industrial 3D printer manufacturers, the company aims to bring its technology directly to customers.
