Welcome to the latest installment of CompositesWorld’s SourceBook, our annual guide to suppliers of machinery, materials, software, supplies and services for the composites industry.

SourceBook 2025 is designed to be a comprehensive industry supplier resource that includes both print-based media and a variety of web-based resources.

Together, the SourceBook’s printed version and its online counterpart deliver a wealth of content and searchable resources that we believe will make it worthy of a place on your bookshelf and in your browser.

This year’s print version lists more than 1,750 suppliers, whose products and services for composites manufacturing are listed in more than 1,000 product, material, equipment and service categories. Each year, the company listings are updated for the new print edition, making SourceBook 2025 the most authoritative and reliable directory in the composites industry. Look for it in your mailbox and at SAMPE and CAMX in 2025.

What you’ll find in SourceBook 2025

Composites 101 content

In addition to supplier listings, you’ll also find an updated “Composites 101”  reference section in the front of the book. Selected from CW’s most frequently referenced evergreen articles, this resource offers a helpful guide to composites basics and fundamentals, making it a great refresher or as a primer for training new employees.

Market outlooks

Looking for CW’s “Market Outlook?” You can find this insightful overview of trends in a variety of end markets here. Updated through the course of the year, this collection of articles examines the current state and future possibilities of the diverse and major markets served by composites manufacturers — aerospace, automotive, energy, marine, industrial and so on.

Glossary

Also online, you’ll find our Glossary of Terms, which provides definitions for many technical terms and acronyms (particularly those unique to the composites industry).

For even more tools, make sure to check out the online version of CW’s SourceBook. This online edition enables you to search a wider database. Online, you can link to a supplier’s website and email suppliers directly with your requests for additional information about products or services.

Further, the online SourceBook enables you search for products, equipment, materials and services by category to more easily find what you’re looking for. This additional data is displayed online in supplier Showrooms and in the searchable online category sections.

Ultimately, we believe the SourceBook — both the print edition and our online version — will serve you well and contribute to your firm’s success in 2025. At CW, our goal is to continually provide readers with the most up-to-date industry information and foster connections. To that end, we hope you find this year’s edition of our SourceBook helpful and welcome any feedback as we continue to make this resource one that you’ll turn to time and time again.

On behalf of the CW team, I wish you a prosperous 2025!
