CAMX 2025 abstract submission call is open
Submit your technical paper and/or education session abstracts highlighting novel product developments, applications and research by Feb. 7, 2025.
Get noticed, share your expertise and join the next generation of innovators in the international composites and advanced materials community by submitting an abstract for an education session or technical paper for presentation at CAMX 2025, taking place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, from Sept. 8-11, 2025.
Interested parties can showcase their pioneering research, product advancements and applications in one of the technical paper or education session slots. Abstracts may cover a wide range of topics, including manufacturing advancements, sustainability, market trends, technical breakthroughs and more. They are due Feb. 7, 2025.
- Technical papers are formal, written research papers reviewed by industry experts. Papers that are accepted for publication will be scheduled for a 25-minute in the CAMX conference program.
- Education Sessions are 55-minute presentations and are not accompanied by a formal research paper. Instead, they focus on case studies, best practices, issue reviews and so on. All outlines and draft presentations will be peer reviewed before presentation.

In general, all abstract submissions must adhere to precise guidelines and will undergo a meticulous review process by CAMX staff and industry professionals. When submitting, organizers ask that abstracts address the following criteria:
- Does the abstract address a topic of interest to CAMX attendees?
- Is the research novel and interesting?
- Does the abstract offer a unique perspective or application that adds value for an attendee?
- Does the content of the abstract reflect the title?
- Is the abstract well written and grammatically correct?
- Are the learning outcomes clearly identified?
- Does the abstract avoid commercialism?
