CGTech unveils a new brand identity in reference to its flagship Vericut software used for composites, postprocessing and more,
CGTech (Irvine, Calif., U.S.) is rebranding to Vericut. This strategic change marks a milestone in the company’s evolution, aiming to underscore its commitment to innovation, efficiency and excellence in manufacturing technology.
CGTech is dedicated to transforming outdated machining methods with advanced software and service. Its new name, Vericut, is associated with the company’s Vericut software, a module designed for composite applications by minimizing material waste via accurately simulated component surfaces and fibers. This rebranding aligns the company’s brand identity with the flagship product.
“The transition to Vericut is more than a name change; it represents our vision for the future. We are excited to continue our journey as Vericut, building on our legacy of excellence and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in manufacturing technology,” says Shin Voeks, president of CGTech.
The initial brand transition has begun with the U.S. website and at select global events, with plans to continue the worldwide rollout over the coming months. This phased approach enables the company to manage resources efficiently and sustainably, as existing materials branded with CGTech are being used until they are naturally phased out. The rebranding to Vericut intends to introduce a refreshed visual identity and reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering optimal value to its customers.
