CRP USA announces director of sales

CRP USA (Mooresville, N.C., U.S.) welcomes Rom Quintos as director of sales. With more than 20 years of experience in high-tech industries, including aerospace, defense and semiconductor markets, Quintos aims to drive CRP USA’s sales strategy and strengthen the company’s position in key sectors.

In Quintos’ sales and commercial leadership roles, the company says he has developed and led high-performing teams, achieved year-over-year growth and provided notable customer service to clients. His approach to leadership focuses on building successful teams and delivering profitable growth, while aligning customer needs with innovative solutions. 

Quintos’ career began after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After his military service, he took on various management roles, including project engineering, corporate purchasing, supply chain management, and sales and commercial management. 

Over the past two decades, Quintos has held senior sales roles, including national account manager, corporate account manager and senior director of program management. His experience spans several industries, including aerospace, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), industrial, medical, electrical and agricultural markets.

His ability to navigate complex sales channels and manage high-stakes negotiations is said to be instrumental in expanding CRP USA’s market reach across sectors such as aerospace, defense and industrial applications. 

Quintos  will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, expanding the customer base and working with engineering teams to integrate CRP USA’s 3D printing solutions, including CRP Technology’s Windform composite materials, into new markets.

Web Industries Inc. welcomes Suzanne Rotherham as COO

Web Industries Inc. (Marlborough, Mass., U.S.) names Suzanne Rotherham chief operating officer (COO). 

Rotherham brings to Web Industries more than 25 years of business experience working with domestic and global companies. Her leadership roles span supply chain, information technology and general management. She has led several transformative initiatives, including ERP implementation.

Rotherham joins Web Industries from Hollingsworth & Vose, where she served most recently as vice president and managing director for the Americas region. Prior to that, she spent 6 years at Johns Manville in a series of progressive leadership roles.  

Rotherham is a native of the U.K. and received U.S. citizenship in 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Aston University in Birmingham. 

Lockheed Martin appoints F-35 leader

Lockheed Martin (Bethesda, Md., U.S.) names Chauncey McIntosh as vice president and general manager of the F-35 Lightning II program. McIntosh succeeds Bridget Lauderdale, who is retiring at the end of the year following a 38-year career with the company.   

McIntosh, who most recently served as the vice president and deputy of the F-35 program, has more than 20 years of business, program management, engineering and customer engagement experience. As the vice president and general manager for the F-35 program, he will be responsible for strengthening positive customer experiences by reinforcing and continually growing the capability and reliability of the F-35, showcasing program progress and ensuring the F-35 program meets the speed, agility, quality and affordability requirements expected by U.S. and international customers.

McIntosh previously led Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors business, which is responsible for Aegis Weapon System software development. Under his leadership, McIntosh oversaw the transformation of Aegis software development. Prior to that role, he served as the vice president and general manager for Lockheed Martin’s Training and Logistics Solutions line of business, leading execution and strategic growth of mission readiness and sustainment programs including the F-35. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from American InterContinental University.
