JEC World 2019 preview: Sartomer and Arkema

Sartomer (Exton, Penn., U.S.), a business line of Arkema (King of Prussia, Penn., U.S.), will feature specialty solutions that enable high-performance, low-VOC composites systems at JEC World 2019, at the Arkema booth in Hall 5 Stand V39. 

Products featured at JEC World 2019 include a urethane methacrylate oligomer range for enhanced toughness, new grades of​​​​​​​ CN1964CG and PRO22323 for high temperature resistance, and a polyester methacrylate oligomer range for high reactivity and advanced adhesion.

These new solutions are said to enable low volatility, high cutting power and good reactivity, while also enabling fine-tuning of mechanical performance. Composites incorporating Sartomer’s materials are used in the building and construction, energy, transportation, marine and electronics industries.
