PM Group acquires Autonational B.V., Haak Group B.V.

Composites machinery company Autonational B.V. (IJlst, Netherlands) and Haak Group B.V. (Gorredijk, Netherlands) have been acquired by the PM Group (Dublin, Ireland). This strategic step has led to the establishment of a new company: Autonational Solutions B.V., now operating from a location in Gorredijk, Netherlands. This consolidation enables the company to work more efficiently and better respond to its customers’ needs.

The acquisition by PM Group, a family-owned business specializing in mechanical and mechatronic positioning systems, enables the company to be part of a larger network, with more than 600 employees and a turnover exceeding €100 million. The PM Group consists of several divisions spread across 14 locations, including PM B.V., HTM Technologies B.V., Hoppmann Solutions B.V., Axxicon B.V., Hilmar Solutions B.V., Inmaco Solutions B.V., Elect High Tech Electronics B.V., Bauhuis Solutions B.V. and Autonational Solutions B.V.

Within the new structure, Autonational Solutions B.V. is the umbrella organization for four specialized divisions: 

• Autonational Composites focuses on delivering solutions and high-quality machinery for the composite industry in various markets, like aerospace, defense, industry and infrastructure. It aims to invest in the latest technologies and production methods with customers to bring innovative and cost-effective composite products to market. It combines the knowledge and best practices of its customers with its experience in winding, automation and machine building, resulting in custom made solutions.
• Autonational Automation Solutions specializes in advanced automation solutions that can improve the efficiency and productivity of production processes. 
• Autonational Sheetmetal & Assemblies has a focus on the production and assembly of high-quality sheet metal products.  
• Autonational Fresh Processing Solutions focuses on providing innovative processing solutions for the food industry.  

Autonational Solutions B.V. aims to spread risks across various products, projects and markets. This helps the company eliminate overlapping processes and reduce costs, strengthening its market position.
