Across International (Livingston. N.J., U.S.) is an ISO 9001:2015-certified equipment manufacturer specializing in high-temperature furnaces, drying ovens, induction heating systems, bladeless mixing systems, particle size reduction, temperature control systems and more. Its mission is to provide highly reliable and precise laboratory equipment.

Featured products include:

Drying ovens: These forced-air and vacuum-drying ovens are intended for curing, sintering, debinding and heat treatment. All models are said to feature high-quality construction along with a 316L stainless steel chamber.

Across International vacuum ovens offer two heating configurations; heated shelves and heated chamber. Heated shelves are fixed and cannot be removed, while the heated chamber option enables the shelves to be moved and taken out. Having the ability to choose between these two options can provide researchers with more flexibility and optimized functionality. Drying ovens can be used for applications in the 150-500°C temperature range.

High-temperature furnaces: For temperatures ranging from 600-3200°C, these international furnaces can provide a reliable solution for many applications. The catalog includes a vacuum induction melting furnace, arc plasma sintering and tungsten vacuum tube furnaces, as well as more conventional chamber and tube furnaces. Muffle furnace and controlled atmosphere furnaces are intended for curing, debinding, annealing and sintering, as well as processes like pyrolysis. These controlled atmosphere furnaces are said to feature high-quality components like Mitsubishi alumina ceramic fiber and Eurotherm controllers, along with an ergonomic design for simple operation.

Bladeless mixing: DAC systems can provide a bladeless mixing solution that can create high rpm in order to rapidly achieve process goals. This is said to be repeatable, as well as being capable of omitting bubbles and cleanup. According to the company, these systems are ideal for mixing epoxies and slurries, degassing and evaporation, formulations, emulsifications, infusions, particle size reduction and more.

Across International’s equipment can be found in laboratories across the world including those of NASA, Tesla, SpaceX, 3M, the U.S. DOE and various national labs.

Across International will be exhibiting new technology at CAMX 2024 in San Diego, CA this September.
