Eisenmann Thermal Solutions (Böblingen, Germany, 5/N61) is featuring its thermal production systems for the manufacture of carbon fiber. Oxidation ovens and carbonization furnaces are the core components of a carbon fiber production line and Eisenmann is emphasizing both. The Eisenmann E2E oxidation oven reportedly allows manufacturers to operate an efficient and reliable process to help make carbon fiber more affordable for large-volume applications. This solution is designed without a center plenum and is said to offer the lowest cost of ownership in the industry.
